Tombuie is all about flavour, luxury and chic. Since 1981 we've produced innovative British charcuterie for the likes of the Ryder Cup, the Orient Express, the Savoy, Quality Meat Scotland and the Scottish Government. We only use top-end ingredients: Scotch Lamb, Rutherford Estate game, our own Hardiesmill grass-reared,dry-aged beef, and a very specific type of oak. We even hand-check every wafer-thin slice of our Sweet-Cured. Our objective: to produce beautiful charcuterie that is perfect for quick easy meals, delicous starters, delightful salads and canapes. Tombie was founded by Donald and Sally Crystal in 1981. In 2007 it moved from Aberfeldy to Hardiesmill, in the Scottish Borders, when the Crystals retired.
